If you have followed the IPO of Facebook you will have noticed that since then, an ever increasing number of lawyers have lodged civil suits against Facebook and it’s brokers for numerous infractions of trading laws. In other words the stock price was manipulated to the advantage of insiders. The SEC have not raised there head, yet, but they will be jumping in at some point.
These ‘civil suits’ have been initiated by lawyers on behalf of stockholders. Sure the lawyers can see a chance of making some decent coin but they also saw that the average retail stockholder was being swindled.
My Point. Why can’t we as a group convince a lawyer or lawyers to file a suit against NOT or the OSC for the continuing manipulation of our stock? Wes himself has said that the stock is, ‘woefully under valued’, as if he doesn’t know why. Wouldn’t it be interesting to see an investigation as to why the stock conveniently went down in price so that Resource Captial could buy in @ 52 cents!
Another reason for the stock price is ‘Apathy’. Apathy on the part of the OSC and apathy from us for not doing anything.
