Fancamp Exploration HUB – How Much Is Our Carelessness Costing Us?

Posted by AGORACOM - Admin at 9:06 AM on Wednesday, May 16th, 2012

When I looked up our ownership share count for Argex on our website last weekend,
I was shocked that, not only was it not there, nothing whatsoever about Argex was there.

Not one word. Not anywhere.

Does anyone think this is not an astonishing oversight?
Does anyone think this should be left as it is?

Front and Center on the Home Page, in bold print, should appear Champion and Argex
price and share information, in real time (or, at worst, after a fifteen minute time delay).

Example (after the markets closed on Monday, 14 May 2012):

$25,105,793 = Fancamp (market capitalization)
$15,926,500 = 15,025,000 Shares of Champion X $1.06 Last Sale
$6,210,000 = 9,000,000 Shares of Argex X $0.69 Last Sale

Do you think such an addition to our Home Page would help or hurt?
How much damage would our share price continue to sustain by doing nothing?

Should we present what we own on our website?
Do you think the cost doing it would be prohibitive?

Keep in mind, we’ve spent millions of dollars developing our assets,
including the millions spent over the years on Champion and Argex.

Do we really want to continue the dubious business logic of hiding what we own from the
investing public, after we’ve spent so much money and so much time and trouble acquiring it?

Copper Fox HUB – CUU Environmental

Posted by AGORACOM - Admin at 9:05 AM on Wednesday, May 16th, 2012

I had a nice chat with CUU management yesterday at one of their offices about their environmental program and their relationship with the Tahltan. The concerns about what is going on with Red Chris and if it could have any side effects was why I wanted to chat with CUU. I came out of there very happy camper. I am very confident that Shane is running a tight ship and from what I was able to get CUU’s relationship with the Tahltan is first rate, so I am a happy camper. Note that the FN is requesting other companies to follow CUU’s engagement protocols, I like that. If you have any specific questions give Shane a call.

Yes, there is a gigantic difference, and, as usual, it is you who have missed the point. Merely because a patent is valid has nothing whatsoever to do with whether it has been infringed upon. Validity is a threshold requirement for recovery in an infringement case, but validity alone does not establish infringement.

I’m not sure whether you are intentionally trying to mislead people, or whether your ignorance is once again reigning supreme, but whatever the case, your prior post is completely, totally, absolutely, irrefutably, undeniably, 100% wrong. Quit trying to be right on this point, because you cannot be.

My last post on the subject. If people choose to accept your incorrect position, that is their right.

Golden Hope Mines HUB – what matters: frustration stems from the overall market– not individual Juniors

Posted by AGORACOM - Admin at 8:53 AM on Tuesday, May 15th, 2012

the Junior sector has been extremely weak and this pulls down many good companies indiscriminately …even those companies which have done extremely well in proving up fundamentals, such as GNH.

meanwhile many people get frustrated and tend to blame it on the individual company rather than the wider conditions of the junior sector and overall market.

this false blamegame is being repeated throughout many discussion boards of sound junior companies.

this has happened in cycles through past decades and many unfortunate investors get shaken out by the weakness of the overall market

meanwhile investors who make money are those that follow in the footsteps of W. Buffit. …this man awaits for such investor frustration caused by weak sentiment at which time he will buy those companies with good fundamentlas which were pulled down unjustly.

i am frustrated too …but it’s not GNH that causes the frustration …it’s the market conditions.

all we can do is be patient for as long as it takes …that is if we want to make good returns on our investment.

cheers to all ….danny

ps. there are bashers as well who come out in times such as this ….they bash because they are accumulating shares as they attempt to cause fear and more fustration.

Noront HUB – Re: What’s Your Take on the North/South Route?

Posted by AGORACOM - Admin at 8:52 AM on Tuesday, May 15th, 2012

1. There will be only one route built. It is simply too expensive to build two.

2. A permanant road to the site is very valuable. Noront’s east/west plan did not have this. Cliff’s north/south route does.

3. The north/south plan probably eliminates the pipeline, saving that capital outlay.

4. The large tonnage of chromite, either Cliff’s or Noront’s, compels a shorter, more direct route, which the north/south road is.

5. Noront will likely capitulate on this and accept and share a north/south roadway, even if this delays mine startup dates.

It gives me great pleasure to say that AGORACOM “Investor Controlled HUBS” for small-cap investors continues to prove itself as the preferred model amongst investors.

redgreen9 has launched the Stockport Exploration HUB

Small Cap investors continue to grow tired of unmonitored, wild-west discussion forums full of unrelenting spam, profanity, stock bashing, stock hyping and all the rest of the noise.  They want an alternative that drives quality via intelligent discussion and contributions.  They demand a say in the process.

As a result, AGORACOM has become the home of the best, brightest and nicest small-cap investors on the web.  Again, more than just lip service, our happy community and traffic numbers prove that we’ve created something wonderful together.

The TSX Venture is Trading at the Same Level it Did Nearly 9 Years Ago

In October of 2003, the TSX Venture Exchange traded at the same level it does today.

What’s important to note about October 2003 is that gold traded for roughly $380 an ounce – it trades 425% higher today. In October of 2003, silver traded for about $5 an ounce – it trades 600% higher today. In October of 2003, a barrel of oil traded for $30 – it trades 320% higher today. In October 2003, Comex copper traded for $0.92 – it currently trades 415% higher.”

“Fear has taken over the TSX Venture and the last time that happened, the greatest buying opportunity of our lifetime knocked on the door.”

If you too have been scratching your head wondering how the TSX Venture exchange could be at 9 year lows at a time when metal prices are still near their highs and mining companies are reporting record profits this article is likely of interest might interest you.

e.Digital HUB – Re: Galaxy S3: Did Samsung just out-iPhone Apple?-listens intently…Iam

Posted by AGORACOM - Admin at 11:42 AM on Tuesday, May 8th, 2012

How can anyone say that Galaxy S3 has Nunchi like features. Looks to me to be backwards.

Since Samsung would have had to go through engineering, testing, etc. and have introduced the product to the market, it would appear they are first with with many of the features that Nunchi may or may not have.

From what we observe, Nunchi has many of the Samsung features.

How I hope the patent issues are resolved with favorable rulings, our chance of finally generating some sort of revenue. The reserves will not last forever.

Copper Fox Metals HUB – Re: Interesting day

Posted by AGORACOM - Admin at 11:38 AM on Tuesday, May 8th, 2012

also interesting is that BXX released news today about drilling starting on its new “East Breccia” property in Ontario.

CUU news quite often follows BXX news and CUU news is quite frequently released on Tuesdays. if you look back at CUU’s NR history, we have averaged about 3 NR’s a month (min about 2, max about 4) over the last yr and we’ve had 2 NR’s a month (i.e. below average) from February.

Last year we got a NR regarding drilling about a week before drilling commenced in mid May. Mid May is next week…

I’m not betting against a NR tomorrow/this week. The limited amount of selling (really only one significant, big trade of 80k sold) tells me that folks are waiting for something bigger to happen pretty soon.
